Delivery Policy

(a) We will deliver your order from Monday to Friday (9am to 4pm) after confirmation of payment but could take longer time during sales or promotion events. NO delivery on weekend and public holidays.

(b) We will deliver your orders via ABX Express or City-Link Express depending on your shipping location. You will receive tracking code from us by end of the day when products ship out. You may contact the courier company with the tracking code provided for more information in case any delay during delivery or other issues. For the avoidance of doubt, Noi Garden Trendy is not responsible for any undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or missing information provided by you.

(c) All our products are ready stock items. We sell our products on different platforms, the “stock status” on this website may not reflect the real stock condition. In case of out of stock, we will contact you.
